Shocking Incident sparks as news spreads that A train hijack in Pakistan by Baloch rebels , raising serious security concerns regarding the safety of railway passengers. The incident, which occurred on March 11, 2025, involved armed assailants taking control of a passenger train in Sindh province.
A passenger train the Jaffer Express on its way from Quetta to Peshawar came under millitant attack by Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) near a tunnel close to Sibi station in Balon Pass. The train was carrying about 400 - 500 passengers, The BLA claimed they had taken 214 Army personnel as hostages earlier claimed 182. They also released some civilians among them are females and children. The attackers are highly armed with modern weapons. According to the sources BLA killed as many as 30 peoples also.
